When we begin working together, the first step is what we call Patient Intake. You will supply us with our proprietary Benefit Inquiry Form for each patient. We’ll take that information and contact every insurance provider to confirm mental health benefits and receive initial authorization of coverage. Then we’ll update the Insurance Benefit Inquiry Form and send that back to you for your records.

Verification of Benefits is a service that most billers don’t handle because it’s time consuming and challenging. But it’s our way of going the extra mile and making sure our billing solutions system is a step above the rest.
